Office & Commercial Interior Painting

Offices, retail spaces and medical facilities, painted around your business hours.

Chapter 01

How do you paint an office without the smell and disruption?

The usual complaints about commercial interior painting are not about the color. They are about the smell in the break room on Monday morning, the corridor taped off for a week, and scuff marks on a hallway that was repainted two months ago. Those problems come from scheduling and sequencing, and a good plan deals with them before the first can is opened.

The image is an illustration of an empty office with white walls and one navy accent wall, not a photo of a finished Olympus job. Olympus Painting takes on offices, retail spaces and medical facilities around Maumee and Toledo, and each one has its own hours and its own tolerance for noise and odor.

Which rooms go first, and when does the crew work?

Work is scheduled around your business hours, with evenings or weekends used when that keeps the doors open. A medical facility may need the exam rooms done on a Sunday, while a retail space may need the sales floor finished overnight. The schedule is built from how the space is actually used, not from what is easiest for the painters.

In a larger building the suites are sequenced one at a time, so a floor never loses every room at once. Floors and furnishings are protected, walls are patched and primed where needed, and trim and doors get the same care as the walls, since those are the surfaces people touch and bump all day.

Chapter 03

What do staff walk into the next morning?

A finished room. Each day's work is cleaned up before the crew leaves, so the people who arrive in the morning find furniture back in place and no open cans, drop cloths or ladders in the way. When a suite is done, it is done, and the next one begins on its own schedule.

Before work starts you get a written estimate with the timeline and scope outlined, so the office manager, the landlord and the staff can all plan around the same document.
