Who repaints the cabinets, the ceiling and the trim?

Nate does, and the floors and furniture are covered before a brush comes out. Imperfections get repaired first, and in most cases you stay in the house while he works.

Can Nate paint a warehouse without stopping the floor?

Commercial jobs are scheduled around your business hours, with evenings or weekends when that keeps the doors open. Large and multi-phase jobs are planned in stages, Olympus is fully insured, and the estimate, timeline and scope are put in writing.
