Maintenance Painting Programs

Scheduled repainting and touch-up that keeps a building looking cared for between big repaints.

Chapter 01

What happens when a building is only repainted once it looks tired?

Most buildings get painted when someone finally notices the scuffs, the dull corridor or the peeling trim. By then the tired look is already the first thing a visitor sees, and the repaint is a bigger, more disruptive job than it needed to be.

A maintenance program turns that around. Small repairs and touch-ups happen on a schedule, so walls, doors and trim never reach the point of looking neglected. The building keeps a steady, cared-for appearance, and big repaints come further apart.

How does a repainting schedule actually work?

The program starts with a walk through the property to decide what gets attention and how often. High-traffic areas such as entries, corridors, counters and door frames usually come first, because they take the wear and show it soonest.

Repainting and touch-up then follow that calendar. A record of the colours and products used on each area is kept, so a patch next spring blends with what is already on the wall instead of becoming a visible square. Offices, retail spaces and medical facilities all suit this approach.

Chapter 03

Can the schedule be built around your business hours?

It can. Work is planned for evenings or weekends when that keeps your doors open, and larger areas are split into phases so staff and customers are never walking through wet paint. You always know in advance which area is next.

You plan the program with Nate Schwamberger directly, and the scope, timeline and estimate are outlined in writing. Olympus is locally owned and fully insured, and works across Maumee, Perrysburg and Toledo. To start the conversation, call (419) 283-1282, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 7PM.
